\nThey\u2019re huge, gigantic and car-stopping,

\nThey lurk beneath the puddles and

\nThey pull you in and bounce you out.
\nThey make you swerve, they make you shout!
\nThey sit there looking small and round
\nBut they go miles and miles underground\u2026
\nYou see them coming, you dive and duck
\nYou try not to, but Oh My Truck!
\nThe language you suddenly spout
\nReally oughtn\u2019t be bandied about.
\nIt\u2019s not polite, it\u2019s said in heat
\nIt simply isn\u2019t at all discreet
\nIn fact it\u2019s pretty much X-rated
\n(I know, I know, you\u2019re just frustrated.)
\nAnd then, kabong! \u2013 you hit your pip
\nAnd off you go again\u2026 blip blip.
\nAnd just as you are safely through,
\nA car comes swerving straight for you
\nYou hoot, you glare, your shake your fist

\nAnd worst of all, the driver looming
\nIs shouting back and also fuming!
\nHe\u2019s looking mad, his temper\u2019s hot
\nHe\u2019s also dodging a holey pot!
\nIt really is desperately dire
\nWe\u2019re sunk, we\u2019re doomed, we\u2019re in the mire.
